Due to continued expansion, claireLOGIC is seeking to recruit talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team providing 1st Line support to our wide range of clients via email, telephone, remote desktop and on-site. It's a very varied working environment!
This is a role for a self-motivated engineer to work focusing on customer service with excellent communication skills as well as a strong technical troubleshooting ability.
Based from our Abingdon office you will play an important part in supporting clients. As well as break-fix work you can also get involved in project work and get experience of a wide range of technology - so you should be open minded and keen to see new things.
You must be able to think on your feet and provide great customer service and an assuring presence. A can-do attitude is absolutely essential. This is a great opportunity to learn and get experience of a wide range of technologies. You will have the opportunity to learn as you earn – we encourage our team to train and pass exams - we reward them once they pass each one.
Essential technical experience:
- Desktop hardware - upgrades and troubleshooting
- Microsoft Windows 7 -> 10 - installation and troubleshooting
- Application installation and troubleshooting such as Office
Desirable technical experience
- Microsoft Office 365
- Basic networking
- Mac / IOS experience
Salary is subject to experience.
